DIY: How to make dollhouse miniature handbag/ Tutorial

This is a very easy DIY project and a perfect gift for kids to play with dolls. It takes only about half an hour to make this cute miniature .Hope you too will enjoy making it.

You will need:

piece of beautiful fabric 

and Sponge sheet or padding.

Also piece of beads to decorate the bag.

 1. Cut out a 2" * 2.5" pieces of fabric and sponge sheet,

                      about 3" long strips of both fabric and sponge sheet,

                      and 0.5" * 1"  strips of both fabric and sponge sheet.

2. Sew all the three sets, covering sponge sheet with the fabric.
 

 








3.  Take the 2" side of square piece and flip it inside and then sew both sides that way.

4. Fold it half as the sponge sheet comes outside and sew the left and right side outlines.

This is how it will look when you flip back the right side of the bag.

5. Now take the 3" strip and sew the corners into the inside layer of the bag , to make the handle.

6. Take the other piece and sew it in the center of the bag .

7. That's it.. Attach a piece of bead on the edge .. 😊
